Born in 1991 in Forme (AQ), in the heart of Abruzzo, she graduated in 2013 from the 18th Advanced Course in Italian Cuisine at ALMA. She then began her career working at Paolo Teverini’s restaurant in Bagno di Romagna (FC) and later in Bologna with the Leoni brothers.
At the end of 2013, she joined the team at Miramonti l’Altro, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Concesio (BS), as sous-chef.
In the 2020 edition of Identità Golose, she was awarded the title of “Best Sous-Chef.”
Since 2023, she has embarked on a new venture with Forme Restaurant.
Alberto Quadrio is part of the teaching staff at CAST, where he teaches on the Advanced Program Culinary Arts Course, bringing his experience and expertise to future professionals in the sector.
