Born in 1990, Filippo gained valuable experience working in pastry shops and on luxury cruise ships before joining CAST. Over the years, he grew within the organization, eventually becoming a trainer and later head of the executive office.
Driven by a desire to grow professionally and bring his years of experience to life, he embraced the challenge of launching the Betacioc project. As co-founder of the brand, Filippo oversees both production and day-to-day operations in the lab.
His relentless drive and methodical, disciplined approach to production are key traits that define his way of working.
