Inside our Campus there are ten laboratories equipped with the most advanced and cutting-edge technologies, thanks to partnerships with leading companies in the sector.
The learning environments are constantly updated and designed to promote learning, interaction with instructors, and both individual and group practice. They are also optimized for business simulations and professional development.
Within our Campus, each classroom is designed for a specific activity: there are dedicated spaces for Culinary Arts, Pastry, and Bakery training, as well as demo rooms and recording studios, equipped with simultaneous translation technology—allowing every course to be followed in any language—and an AI-based tool for lesson transcription and summarization.
This is one of the reasons why the most important national clubs, associations, and leading companies in the sector choose CAST as their Campus and Facilities to prepare for official competitions or Research and Development activities.

Hospitality

Across more than 4,000 square meters of our “green tower,” rooms and beds are available for both short- and long-term stays.
The building is equipped with state-of-the-art systems for air recycling, energy saving and production, and heating/cooling assisted by solar panels—a concrete sign of our commitment to sustainability and the environment. Each room type offers the most welcoming and comfortable solutions for students, and is equipped with a private bathroom with a large shower, hairdryer, sink, bidet, toilet, and heated towel rail, free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, floor-to-ceiling windows, study desk, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning.

Check-in is available every day (except Saturday) from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out is available every day from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Pack Hospitality
For students enrolled in the Three-Year Courses, Advanced Training, or Professional Courses who stay on the CAST Campus, the Hospitality Pack includes:

Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner from Monday to Friday;

Buffet breakfast and lunch on Saturday (no refunds are provided in case of non-use);

Room cleaning service;

Weekly linen change (sheets and towels).
