At CAST we believe that transparency, integrity and compliance with the rules are the foundations on which to build value for all our stakeholders. For this reason, we have adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which guides us in preventing risks and promoting proper conduct, and a Code of Ethics that expresses the values and principles we are inspired by every day. To oversee the implementation and updating of this system, a Supervisory Body (OdV) has been established, independent and with a guarantee role towards the Management Body. To give everyone the opportunity to contribute to a healthy and respectful environment, we have also activated a reporting channel, confidential and secure, through which it is possible to report any behavior not in line with our values, with full protection of confidentiality.
