Nutrifree was founded in 2005 in Altopascio, Tuscany, with the dream and mission of bringing innovation to the gluten-free market, which until then had been made up of only a few products lacking in taste and attention to the essential nutritional aspects of a healthy and balanced diet.
The purpose is already clear from the name: to free the taste of free-from life!
Since then, the company has been experimenting and growing, achieving one of the widest assortments of staple foods for a full and tasty free-from lifestyle; a range of products that goes from flours to mixes, from bread to substitutes, from leavened products for breakfast to those for special occasions.
Thanks to continuous and constant investment in research and development, today Nutrifree is available in specialized shops and the most important large-scale retail chains, as well as in bars, hotels, and restaurants.
The partnership with CAST Alimenti further strengthens the company’s commitment to establishing itself also in the professional sector, focusing on emerging Chefs with the aim of developing tools and products to best meet the needs of the kitchen.
