Psychological Support Service

In its ongoing commitment to promoting the well-being and personal growth of the entire community, CAST is launching a psychological support service dedicated to its students.
The initiative aims to provide an initial space for listening and dialogue, to protect mental health and foster balance between personal life, study, and future plans.

What it is
The psychological support space is a free service designed to accompany students along their journey, offering a safe and professional point of reference to face moments of difficulty, stress, or anxiety—or simply to improve personal and relational self-awareness.

The service is made possible through collaboration with Sygmund, the mental well-being app, which allows easy and confidential access to a team of qualified psychologists.

How it works
Through the Sygmund platform, students can choose and meet the professional best suited to their needs.
Sessions take place online, in complete safety and with full respect for privacy.

Sygmund is a portal managed by an organization registered with the National Health Service and supervised by the Order of Psychologists, ensuring high standards of quality, effectiveness, and personal data protection.
